• This is a totally mechanical precision wrapping spooler.
  We adapt it to the reels: cylindrical, or conical at 3°30, length from 120 mm up to 280 mm and various diameters.
• The machine reaches a speed of 750 m/min winding yarns, from micro-fibre to the toughest cords, on 84.4 mm diameter reels. The various settings enable to obtain very soft reels for dyers. It is equipped with:
  

1. variable take-up speed - increasing, constant, decreasing
2. various types of tapering
3. interference to avoid hard edges
4. thread passage through ceramic
5. oiling system with stainless steel reservoirs
6. feeding system
   

• Available with 4 - 12 - 24 - 36 - 48 - 72 heads.
