- The machine is arranged in a totally new reinforced structure, to be fitted on TRN Ratti twisting machines for carrying 56 mm diameter reels (length 230 mm, stroke 200 mm) and reaching a total diameter of 215 mm, with 5 spindles per section and deceleration compensating the weight of the reels. The machine is supplied with easy-to-fit pre-fitted bars in 10 positions. The original cylinder must be extended from 1200 mm to 1235 mm.
- Our patent-pending structure enables belt covering, separated spindles and elimination of cross currents of air. Thanks to the individual spindle carrying beams, the belts can be easily replaced from the inside using the quick-release mechanism on the lower sheld.

- Reels width length of 230 mm and a stroke of 200 mm can be fitted by partially modifying the original Ratti take-up arms, keeping 5 spindles per section and maximum 180 mm diameter reels. By accepting the compromise of unloading the reels from the first spindle in the section, the take-up cylinders do not need to be extended.
- Besides, by extending the length of the cylinder from 1200 mm. to 1235 mm, it can be possible to have individual opening on each position.
